Avondale House

THE PROJECT

The initial contract was based around interior fit-out on the first floor to incorporate a flexible office space. Initially sub-divided into small business units with the option of adapting at a later stage into a large, 2000m² open-plan facility. The works included the use of full height modular glazed acoustic screens, full height timber doors with Allgood SSS ironmongery, Ecophon ceilings throughout, decoration and flooring. The main office suite contained a fully functional modern gloss finished break out area.

An additional contract followed for works on the second and third floor, overall floor area approximately 4000m².  These works involved strip out & demolition works, decoration, floor coverings, new suspended ceilings and joinery finish works. The work proceeded whilst the first floor was fully functional with no disruption.
