First Floor Fit Out – Malin House, Dunstaffnage

Project Overview: In this project, we undertook the task of fitting out an office and laboratory space. As of now, the project is nearly complete, and one of our primary focuses throughout was our close collaboration with the client. The entire endeavor took place within an already operational facility, which posed its unique set of challenges.

Project Achievements: We take pride in successfully delivering a fully functional, compliant, and aesthetically pleasing office and laboratory environment. The result of our efforts not only met but exceeded the expectations of our client.

Scope of Work: Our project encompassed a diverse range of tasks, including the installation of various elements such as glazed screens, a fully-equipped kitchen, blinds, ceilings, and partitions.

Challenges: One of the most notable challenges we encountered was operating within an active facility. This presented us with logistical complexities that required careful management to ensure the project’s success.
