THE PROJECT
We were invited to deliver the drywall package in conjunction with the joinery finishes and acoustic baffle works on this ultra-sustainable headquarters for the new Scottish Water facility in Steps.
The new facility can accommodate 600 staff, all benefiting from natural light conditions, provided by the central atrium. Detailed design team meetings were required to identify suitable high-end finishes and we managed to deliver some value-engineered finishes, particularly on the acoustic baffle works.
Our management team had regular meetings with all our key suppliers, design team and BAM’s project delivery team throughout the project, helping us deliver another quality, prestigious project.
